Ready to use mirror glaze.Ideal for glazing desserts such as mousses , cheesecakes, bavarois, frozen desserts and fresh fruits.
How to use: Ready to use. Heat up till 37°C (99°F), mix and then pour on your frozen creations. If needed, it is possible to add water and food colorings to the glaze. A package of 250 g is perfect to cover a Ø 22 x h 4 cm cake.
